Adobe released its Photoshop Touch app for smartphones today. The app has the same basic features as the iPad and Android tablet apps released last year, including layers, fills, selection tools, and plenty more. Pixel Dropr is a Photoshop plugin created by UI Parade which allows designers to create collections of icons, illustrations, photos, buttons and other elements that can be draged and dropped to any PSD file.
